LaunchPad provides a cloud-based deployment and hosting platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage web applications. Our service includes features such as automated deployments, preview environments, custom domains, and team collaboration tools.

To use LaunchPad, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LaunchPad to:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

LaunchPad and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LaunchPad and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any code, content, or data you upload to our service.

6. Payment and Billing

For paid plans:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our service. For enterprise customers, specific SLA terms may be outlined in your separate agreement. We are not responsible for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, third-party services, or force majeure events.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of LaunchPad is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable data protection laws. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LaunchPad is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchPad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaunchPad and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
